Dangers of Procrastination attitude in Islam

"Yeah later alone", as stated in the order delay employment or practice but can still be done at that time. Our habit is so, because feeling lazy, procrastinate to learn, put off muroja'ah (repeat) qur'an recitation, or doing things that benefit others, but it's all still very possible.

Keep in mind my brother, saying "sawfa ... sawfa", "will alone" in order to delay goodness, this is part of the "devil's soldiers." So says some scholars salaf.

Procrastination goodness and just daydream without realization, Ibn al-Qayyim said that it is the foundation of the wealth of the people who went bankrupt.

إن المنى رأس أموال المفاليس

"Just a fancy (non-realization), it is the foundation of the wealth of people who go bankrupt." [1]

In the Arab sya'ir also mentioned,

و لا ترج عمل اليوم إلى الغد لعل غدا يأتي و أنت فقيد

Do not be put off until tomorrow's practice today

If tomorrow comes, maybe you will lose

From Abu Ishaq, one said to someone from 'Abdul Qois, "Nasehatilah us." He said, "Be careful with procrastination (later and later)." [2]

Al Hasan Al Basri said, "Beware of procrastination. You are now in this day and not in the day tomorrow. If tomorrow comes, you are in these days and now you still are in today. If tomorrow is not toward you, so do not regret for what you missed from you on this day. "[3]

That is what we as a student of knowledge. Tomorrow Just memorize Matan new book. Tomorrow's new Just repeat qur'an recitation. Tomorrow's new Just write the subject of jurisprudence. Tomorrow a new shalt perform sunnah prayers, there is still time. What is said is tomorrow and tomorrow, later and later alone.

If indeed there is something else and it is also good, then indeed her days busy with kindness. It does not matter if he sets the time and make the priority order of what he was doing because he can assess which is most urgent. But how if it's still a lot of time, actually there is free time and leisure to attend a science assembly, muroja'ah, wrote that the benefits, practice their religion and then he put it off. This clearly is procrastination time Ibn al-Qayyim said, including property of the people who went bankrupt. What he achieved was the loss and damage.

Look at how busy scholars will last their time. Got-sempatnya they are still busy with dhikr and remembrance of Allah.

From Abdullah bin Abdil Malik, he said, "We were one day to walk with our father above palanquin. Then he told us, 'exalt got to the tree.' And then we celebrate until the tree which he pointed. Then look again another tree, then he told us, 'Bertakbirlah got to the tree.' Then we were bertakbir. This is commonly taught by our father. "[4] Subhanallah ... Oral always maintained that the benefits from time to time.

Remember the advice of Imam Ash-Shafi'i where he got this advice from a Sufi-[5], "I've shared with people Sufi. I do not get lessons from him in addition to two things. (Among others), he says that time is like a sword. If you do not cut it (use it), then he will cut you. "[6]

Hasan al-Basri said, "O people, you really just a collection of the day. When one day it disappeared, then it will disappear also a part of you. "[7]

May Allah help us to spend our time with things that are useful and lead us away from procrastination.

Overcome Anger, reach Ridho of Allah SWT

Whether we are certainly never felt angry, even perhaps not rare to feel the anger and emotion that is.

Indeed the nature of anger is a disposition that can not be spared from human beings, because they have the appetite that tends to want to always be obeyed and reluctant to diselisihi desires.

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "I am only human, I could be happy as a man happy, and I can be angry as angry man" [1].

Simultaneously, the nature of anger was fueled by coal fire demon in the human heart to destroy religion and themselves, because with one's anger can be darkened eyes so that he can perform actions or utter words that bad for themselves and their religion [2].

Therefore, the servants of Allah Ta'ala are cautious, although they did not escape the nature of anger, but because they are always trying to fight the desire desires, and they were always able to reduce their anger for Allah Ta'ala.

Allaah praises them with this trait in his words,

{الذين ينفقون في السراء والضراء والكاظمين الغيظ والعافين عن الناس والله يحب المحسنين}

"Those who are righteous are those who spend (their wealth), whether in prosperity or in adversity, and those who restrain anger and pardon (mistakes) of others. Allah loves those who do good "(Surat Ali 'Imran: 134).

Meaning: if they hurt another person that causes anger in themselves, then they do not do something that is desired by their human nature (anger), but they (just try) to hold anger in their hearts and did not return the patient to the treatment of people that hurt them [3].

The virtues hold anger and self control when emotions

In a saheeh hadith, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,

«ليس الشديد بالصرعة, إنما الشديد الذى يملك نفسه عند الغضب»

"It is not the strong man (real) with (always beat his opponent in) struggle (fight), but no other strong men (the truth) is able to control himself when angry" [4].

This is an admirable strength and have the virtue of Allah, the Exalted, which is very little shared by most humans [5].

Imam al-Munawi said, "The meaning of this hadeeth: strong man (actually) is a person who (are able) to hold his temper when his anger is volatile and he is (able) to fight and subdue his lust (when it). So the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in this hadith brings the meaning of power is born to inner strength. And whoever is able to control himself when it is really he has been (able) to defeat his enemies the most powerful and most dangerous (desires) "[6].

This is the meaning of power that is loved by Allah Ta'ala mentioned in the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, "The strong believer is better and more beloved by Allah than the weak believer" [7].

Strong meaning in this hadith is strong in faith and strong in the fight subdue desires in the way of Allah U [8].

In another hadith, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,

«من كظم غيظا وهو قادر على أن ينفذه دعاه الله عز وجل على رءوس الخلائق يوم القيامة حتى يخيره الله من الحور ما شاء»

"Those who withhold his anger when he is able to take it out then Allaah will call him (proud) on the Day of Judgement in the face of all mankind until (then) God let him choose which he liked jelly-eyed angel" [9].

Imam ath-Thiibi said, "(Acts) keep one's temper is praised (in this hadith) with suppressed anger means subdue the passion that always sent to the ugliness, therefore they praise Allah Ta'ala in His Word,

{والكاظمين الغيظ والعافين عن الناس والله يحب المحسنين}

"And those who restrain anger and pardon (mistakes) of others. Allah loves those who do good "(Surat Ali 'Imran: 134)" [10].

Word of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in this hadith: "... when he is able to take it out ...", indicating that holding anger is commendable in Islam is when someone is able to vent his anger and he menahnnya because God Almighty [11], as for when he not able to take it out, for example because of fear of the people who made him angry or because of weakness, and other causes, then in these circumstances to hold anger is not commendable.

A believer who used to control the desires, then in all the circumstances he was always able to say and act properly, because the sayings and deeds are not influenced by desires.

This is the meaning of impartiality which is praised by Allah Almighty as the attitude is closer to piety. Allah Ta'ala says:

{ولا يجرمنكم شنآن قوم على ألا تعدلوا اعدلوا هو أقرب للتقوى}

"And let not the hatred of people, encourage you to apply unfair. Apply fair, because fair it is nearer to piety "(Surah al-Maaidah: 8).

Imam Ibn al-Qayyim quoted the words of a salaf scholars who interpret fair attitude in this paragraph, he said, "The fair is one who when he is angry the anger is not menjerumuskannya into error, and when he pleased, the pleasure does not make him deviate from the truth" [12].

Holding anger is the key to all good

In a saheeh hadeeth from Abu Hurayrah radi 'anhu, that a man came to Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam to ask his advice. The man said: Give a will (advice) to me. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Thou shalt not angry." Then the man repeated many times asked advice to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, then the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam always answer: "Do not be angry" [13].

This man came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam to ask for advice a concise and collect all good qualities, then the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam advised him to always hold anger. Then the person to repeat a request advice many times and the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam gave the same reply: "Do not be angry". This all suggests that anger is the source of all evils and help it is collector of all goodness [14].

Imam Ja'far ibn Muhammad said: "(vent), anger is the key to all evils".

Imam Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak al-Marwazi, when they said to him: Convey to us (advice) which collects all of good character in one sentence. He said: "(It is) leave (hold) anger."

Similarly, priests and imams Hambal Ahmad bin Ishaq bin Rahuyah when explaining the meaning of good morals, they both said: "(It is) leave (hold) anger" [15].

So the command Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in the above hadith: "Thou shalt not upset" means an order to do because (hold anger) that will give birth to good morals, namely: the nature gentle, generous, shy, humble themselves, patient, not harm others, forgiving, friendly, and other good qualities that will appear when someone tries to hold his anger in the event of the causes that provoke anger [16].

Hint Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam to cope with anger when it emerged the trigger

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam constantly giving instructions to people who are angry for reasons that could ease the anger and held with the permission of Allah, the Exalted [17], among them:

1 - Taking refuge in Allah from the temptation of Satan Exalted

From Sulaiman bin Shurad he said: "(When) I was sitting with the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, there are two men who are (fighting and) denounce each other, one of them has been flushed face and neck veins swell. So the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,' I know the one sentence that if he said it would inevitably lose the anger he felt. If he says: "I seek refuge in Allah from Satan the accursed temptation", then the anger which he felt would be lost "[18].

2 - Silence (no talking), to avoid the bad utterances that often arise when people are angry [19].

From 'Abdullah ibn' Abbas radi 'anhuma that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said, "If any one of you angry then he should be silent" [20].

3 - Sit or lie down, for restrained anger in him and not due to bad to others [21].

From Abu Dhar al-Gifari that Rasulullahshallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "If any one of you angry in the state stood then he should sit, if his anger has not gone then he should lie down" [22].

In addition, the most important in this regard is the attempt to subjugate and control yourself when you're angry, that it will shut down the streets of demons who want to plunge the people into the abyss of evil and destruction [23]. Allah Ta'ala says:

{إنما يأمركم بالسوء والفحشاء وأن تقولوا على الله ما لا تعلمون}

"Indeed syaithan just told you to do bad (all sinners) and cruel, and say about Allah what ye know not" (Surah al-Baqarah: 169).

One day, a noble Caliph, 'Umar ibn' Abdil 'Aziz angry, then his son (named)' Abdul Malik said unto thee, O Amir al-believers, with God's grace and virtues that have given you, you angry like this? Then 'Umar bin' Abdil 'Aziz said: Do you never get angry, O' Abdul Malik? Then 'Abdul Malik said: It is no use to me my stomach streets (chest) or I (use to) keep my anger in it so as not to appear (so as not to cause harm) [24].

Anger is commendable

Umm Believers 'Aisha radi' anha said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was never angry because (affairs) his personal self, unless the restriction violated the Shari'a of Allah, then he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam would be angry with the offense because of God" [ 25].

This is commendable in Islam angry, angry because God Almighty, that is angry and is not pleased when the commands and prohibitions of Allaah be broken by man.

This is the noble character Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, who was always pleased with what God ridhai in the Koran and hate / anger with what is denounced by Allah Ta'ala in the Qur'an [26].

'Aisha said: "It is moral Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam is the Qur'an" [27]. In another report there are additional: "... He is angry / hate towards what is hated in the Qur'an and accepting what is praised in the Qur'an" [28].

Imam Ibn Rajab al-Hanbali said: "Compulsory for a believer to make his passion a desire limited to what is permitted by God for him, that it may include goodwill which will be held reward (from Allah Ta'ala). And mandatory for him to make his anger in order to reject interference in religion (the perceived) by himself or others, and in order to condemn / criticize those who oppose Allah and His Messenger r, as his word:

{قاتلوهم يعذبهم الله بأيديكم ويخزهم وينصركم عليهم ويشف صدور قوم مؤمنين ويذهب غيظ قلوبهم}

"Fight them, Allah will torture them with (the intermediary), your hands and God will humiliate them and help you against them, and comforting those who believe. And remove the anger of people who believe "(Surat at-Tauba: 14-15)" [29].

Want to Improve My Half of my religion

In this era no doubt full of temptations here and there. At the moment these women no longer have a sense of shame. At the moment many of the womenfolk who are no longer dress modestly and syar'i. While women are more than happy to show her legs wearing a headscarf that covers the aurat. Certainly a man more tempted and have evil intentions, let alone who is still single. Want to fortify ourselves from desires by fasting very difficult because the wave is still towering slander. Appropriate solution at a time when physically and financially able is to get married.

Improve Half Religion

From Anas ibn Malik radi 'anhu, he said that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said,

إذا تزوج العبد فقد كمل نصف الدين, فليتق الله في النصف الباقي

"If someone is married, then he has perfected half of his religion. Therefore, the fear of God in the other half. "(Narrated by Al Bayhaqi in Syu'abul Faith. Dishahihkan by Sheikh Al Albani in Genealogy As Ash or higher no. 625)

See that among the virtues of marriage is to refine half of religion and we stayed away from the half guard again. Why can say that? The scholars explain that the general ruin one's religion is the groin and stomach. Genitalia which led to the adultery, while the stomach is greedy. Marriage means to shield themselves from one of them, namely adultery with the pubic. That means the half-religious married a young man had been awake, and the rest, he lived to keep his tongue.

Al Mula 'Ali Al Qori rahimahullah in Mirqotul Mafatih Syarh Misykatul Mashobih said that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam "Fear on the other half", the intention is fear on the rest of the case his religion. Here be married as a half, this shows that very impulse to get married.

Al Ghozali rahimahullah (as quoted in the book Mirqotul Mafatih) said, "Those who destroy one's religion, there are two things namely the groin and stomach. Married means have been keeping away from one of them. With the marriage means a person to shield himself from temptation syaithon, to shield themselves from the lusts (of stirring) and further lower his gaze. "

Why Still Feel free to marry?

Some youth have been given by God breadth rizki. There we met already have a great business with a sufficient income. He can scratch rizki by processing several online stores. Some are already working in the oil company whose income is more than enough of course. But until now they have not also toward the altar. There is a reason not yet ready. There is another reason to still be too young. Some also want to say first courtship. Or others want to succeed first in business or in a career and said it was more urgent. And various other reasons stated. Though financial terms, they are ready and not have to doubt their ability. In order to motivate people like, below we express the other benefits of marriage.

(1) Getting married would make a person feel more calm.

Consider the following verse, Allah Ta'ala says:

ومن ءاياته أن خلق لكم من أنفسكم أزواجا لتسكنوا إليها

"And among His signs is that He created his wives for you from jenismu own, so you tend to be and feel at ease with him." (Surah Ar-Rum: 21). Look at this verse mentions that the marriage will be more peaceful because of the companion. An Al Mawardi in Nukat wal 'Uyun said about the verse, "They'll be so quiet when it is next to their companion because God gave it to the marriage of tranquility that is not found in the other." It benefits the soothing soul of every youth.

(2) Do not worry, God will supply rizki

From the financial side is enough, but always arise of anxiety if you want to get married. Misgivings that arise, "What can I provide for child rizki wife?" If you like it, then ponder the following verse,

وأنكحوا الأيامى منكم والصالحين من عبادكم وإمآئكم إن يكونوا فقرآء يغنهم الله من فضله والله واسع عليم

"And kawinkanlah the people who alone among you, and people who are eligible (spouse) from sahayamu servants are servants of man and the woman sahayamu. If they are poor, God will enable them with His grace. And Allah is wide (giving him), the Knower. "(Surah An Nuur: 32). Marriage is an obedience. And may God not let His servants miserable when they want to do good such as getting married.

Among the commentaries Surat An Nur verse 32 above is: if you were poor then God will meet you rizki. It may be inadequate to give the nature of God Qona'ah (always had enough) and may also collect two rizki God at the same time (See An Nukat wal 'Uyun). If poor, Allah will rizkinya inadequate. How else, if the footman is affluent and wealthy?

From the above verse, Ibn Mas'ud radi 'anhu said:

التمسوا الغنى في النكاح

"Get rich (living on easy street) to get married." (See Tafseer Al Qur'an Al 'Azhim regarding interpretation paragraph above).

Also mentioned in the hadith that Allah will always help people who want to maintain the sanctity of her past marriage. From Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said about the three groups who would receive God's help. Among them,

والناكح الذي يريد العفاف

"... A man who married because they want to maintain purity." (Narrated by An Nasai no. 3218, At-Tirmidhi no. 1655. Shaykh Al-Albani said that this hadeeth is hasan). Ahmad bin Al Khurasani Syu'aib An Nasai brought the hadith in the chapter "God Help for people who want to maintain the sanctity of marriage itself". If God has promised this, it means certain. So why should hesitate?

(3) People who are married means running the Sunnah of the Apostle

Allah Ta'ala says:

ولقد أرسلنا رسلا من قبلك وجعلنا لهم أزواجا وذرية

"And verily We sent some messenger before thee, and We gave them wives and offspring." (Surah Ar Ra'du: 38). This shows that the apostles were married and had descendants.

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,

أربع من سنن المرسلين الحياء والتعطر والسواك والنكاح

"The four cases that include the Sunnah of the apostles, that is the nature of shame, wearing perfume, bersiwak and get married." (Narrated by Tirmidhi no. 1080 and Ahmad 5 / 421. Hadeeth is dho'if as said Sheikh Al-Albani and Sheikh Al Syu'aib Arnauth. But the meaning of this hadith has been supported by the Qur'anic verse mentioned earlier)

(4) Married more will keep the pubic and lower his gaze

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,

يا معشر الشباب من استطاع منكم الباءة فليتزوج فإنه أغض للبصر وأحصن للفرج ومن لم يستطع فعليه بالصوم فإنه له وجاء

"O youth, whoever has the baa-ah [1], then marry. Because it would lower his gaze more and more to keep the pubic. Anyone who is not capable, then fasted for fasting is like medicine for her restraint. "(Narrated by Bukhari no. 5065 and Muslim no. 1400). Imam Nawawi said, meaning baa-ah in the above hadith, there are two opinions among the scholars, but the point back on a single meaning, which already has the financial ability to marry. So not only able berjima '(Sunday), but should have the financial ability, and then married. The scholars said, "Anyone who can not afford berjima 'because of its inability to provide for financially, then let him fast to curb syahwatnya." (Al Minhaj Syarh Saheeh Muslim)

That is the primacy of marriage. Hopefully get them-they were increasingly compelled to marry. Unlike the case if they want such as Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah who was not married until he died. He is a person who wants to give many benefits to the people and it's proven. That's what made him imprison intention to marry for the purpose. While those earlier on, rather than add to the benefits, even themselves devastated by the temptations of women is increasingly tense in this period.

Taking the Right Way

We recommend to get married here for those who are capable, not that taken with the wrong road. Some people think that marriage should pass before going out to get to know each other. That opinion was wrong because it was never taught by Islam. Dating, of course, would resort to such unlawful must touch, met and looked at each other, ultimately there can be adulterous MBA (married some accident). All of which is the last act of adultery is forbidden as an intermediary in the word of Allah, the Exalted,

ولا تقربوا الزنا إنه كان فاحشة وساء سبيلا

"Come not nigh to fornication; true that adultery is an act of evil. And a bad way. "(Surat al Isro ': 32)

Then we also advice for students who were in college (still in school) that have patience to get married. Some students who have not completed college are often "cranky" in ortunya to marry soon, he has not hold lust. Though he has not had a job and still beg in ortunya. How can he live by his wife later? We advise, happy ortumu before you intend to marry. That is graduating from college in order for ortumu pleased and happy because that is what they want from you and your duty is to serve them. After that look for work, then express an intention to marry. May Allah make it easy to achieve this. Therefore, if it is not able to get married, then perbanyaklah fasting Sunnah and be diligent to keep busy with college, studied religion, and the bustle of other benefits. Hopefully, it increasingly makes you forget about marriage for a while.

As for who is able to marry the physical and financial, do not procrastinate! Do not you will regret it later because a married usually say that the marriage was delicious just 1%, the remainder (99%) "awful." Trust me!

Hopefully this presentation useful. Allaah waliyyut Taufiq.

Danger alert Khalwat

Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said:

لا يخلون أحدكم بامرأة فإن الشيطان ثالثهما

"Let not one of you seclusion with a woman because the real devil became the third man between them both." (Narrated by Ahmad 1 / 18, Ibn Hibbaan [See Saheeh Ibn Hibbaan 1 / 436], At-Thabrani in Al-Mu'jam Al-Awshoth 2 / 184, and al-Bayhaqi in his Sunan 7 / 91. Dishahihkan by Shaykh al-Albani in as-or higher 1 / 792 no. 430)

ومن كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فلا يخلون بامرأة ليس معها ذو محرم منها فإن ثالثهما الشيطان

"Whoever believes in Allah and the hereafter then he is not to seclusion with a woman without any mahrom woman, because the devil became the third man between them both." (Narrated by Ahmad from the hadeeth of Jabir 3 / 339. Dishahihkan by Shaykh al-Albani in Irwaul Gholil vol 6 no. 1813)

لا يخلون رجل بامرأة إلا مع ذي محرم فقام رجل فقال يا رسول الله امرأتي خرجت حاجة واكتتبت في غزوة كذا وكذا قال ارجع فحج مع امرأتك

"From Ibn Abbas that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said,' Let not a man seclusion with a woman mahrom kacuali if shared with the woman. 'Then someone stood up and said,' Messenger of Allah, my wife out for a pilgrimage, and I have registered myself for jihad in this war and that, 'then the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wasallam said, 'Come back!, and berhajilah with your wife.' "(Narrated by al-Bukhari no. 5233, Muslim 2 / 975)

Benefit:

If anyone says, "But what about some shohabiaat who emigrated from Mecca to Medina without mahrom?"

It is not allowed for a woman to bersafar without mahrom except when he migrated from Mecca to Medina because of ugliness and danger inherent in the city of Mecca at that time that caused it to run more dangerous and worse than he had feared things happen to him (if he bersafar without mahrom). Kaltsum Umm bint 'Uqbah ibn Abi Ma'ith and other women who had emigrated from Mecca to Medina without mahrom. Likewise, the presence of a woman in the assembly proceedings before the judge without mahrom, this is an emergency because it feared the loss of the right of the claimant. Similarly, when an unmarried woman who committed adultery then he disingkan without mahromnya as this is the hadd punishment for him. (Syarhul 'Umdah 2/177-178).

What is the purpose of the Prophet's words "the devil became the third person among them both"?

Al-Munawi said, "That devil to mediate (third person) between them with their whisper (to disobedience) and makes the lust they both volatile and eliminate the shame and feel free from them and decorate beautiful disobedience to appear before them both, until finally syaitanpun unite them both in contempt (ie adultery) or (minimal) drop them on the case-the case of adultery that is lighter contemplates the opening of adultery who was almost dropped them to adultery. "(Faidhul Qadir 3 / 78).

As-Syaukani said, "The reason is pleased to women because men demikanlah he has created a propensity to women, as well as the nature of which has had a passion for marriage. Similarly, women like the man because of the nature and instincts that have been embedded in him. Therefore the devil found means to stir up passion that one to the other then there disobedience. "(Author Nailul 9 / 231).

Imam An-Nawawi said, "... Prohibition seclusion with a woman and permissibility ajnabiah berkholwatnya (a woman) with mahamnya, and two cases this is a scholarly consensus' (the scholars)." (Al-Minhaj 14/153).

What Is Mahrom?

As-Suyuti said, "The friends we (the followers of the Shafi'i madhhab) said, Mahrom are women who are forbidden to marry for eternity either because nasab nor allowed due to certain reasons and because kemahroman woman." This definition is also quoted by Ibn Hajar in Fath Bari 9 / 413, and this is the definition of Imam An-Nawawi, (Al-Minhaj 14/153) where he said: المحرم هو كل من حرم عليه نكاحها على التأبيد لسبب مباح لحرمتها

From this definition it is known that:

(Women are forbidden to marry), it is not mahrom children's uncle and the children's aunt (uncle and aunt are both siblings mom dad and siblings).
(Forever), it is not the woman's brother mahrom wife and aunt (aunt) and wife (both are siblings, maternal aunt of the wife or the wife's father's siblings) because they can marry if his wife divorced, so does not include mahrom women who have ditalak three, because she can marry again if other people have been married by then divorced. Similarly, not including mahrom women other than peoples of the book (whether religious Zoroastrian, Buddhist, Hindu, or other beliefs) because he can marry if included in the religion of Islam.
(Due to certain causes that are allowed), it is not mahrom dijima'i mothers by fathers with Jima 'is doubtful (not with a legal marriage) and also the daughter of the mother. Mother was not allowed to marry but because he was not mahrom Jima 'doubtful not be said to do.
(Due kemahroman woman), then not including mahrom woman separated from her husband because mula'anah (Mawahibul Jalil 4 / 116), because women are forbidden to marry again by her husband who has melaknatnya forever but not for the woman but kemahroman because of the attitude of firmness and emphasis on the husband. (Al-Asybah wan Nadzoir 1 / 261).

And if it was clear that she is mahromnya will not be for him to marry her and allowed her to look at him and seclusion with her and bersafar accompany him, and this law include absolute caused mahrom nasab or because dairy or because of marriage. (Al-Asybah wan Nadzoir 1 / 262).

Warning:

Imam An-Nawawi said, "The meaning of the woman ajnabiah mahrom that if he was with the woman then allowed for a man to sit (seclusion) with a woman ajnabiah such, should be required is someone who the men ajnabi shy (shy / uncomfortable liver) with him. As if mahrom is still a small example of two or three years old or who semisalnya then his form as the absence of no mistakes. "(Al-Majmu '4 / 242).

What Is Khalwat?

Anas bin Malik said,

جاءت امرأة من الأنصار إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فخلا بها فقال والله إنكم لأحب الناس إلي

"It comes a lady from the Ansor to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wasallam was seclusion with her, then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said,' By Allah you guys (the Anshor) are the people I love most. '" (Narrated by Al-Bukhari no. 5234, Kitabun Marriage)

Imam Al-Bukhari gave the title of this hadith with the words, باب ما يجوز أن يخلو الرجل بالمرأة عند الناس "Chapter: permissibility of a man seclusion with a woman when in front of audiences."

Ibn Hajar said, "Imam al-Bukhari concluded the law (in that title with his words)" in front of an audience "from the words of Anas bin Malik of the acts of others (*)" So the Prophet was seclusion with her in some way or some السكك (sukak) . 'And السكك, is the road used to run that usually always pass people. "

(*) Among them was narrated by Imam Muslim (4 / 1812):

عن أنس أن امرأة كان في عقلها شيء فقالت يا رسول الله إن لي إليك حاجة فقال يا أم فلان انظري أي السكك شئت حتى أقضي لك حاجتك فخلا معها في بعض الطرق حتى فرغت من حاجتها

"From Anas ibn Malik that a woman who was somewhat disturbed peikirannya said to Prophet 'alayhi wasallam,' O Messenger of Allah, I have no need to be with you, 'then the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wasallam said to him, 'O Umm so and so, look to the road anywhere that you want until I meet your needs. 'So the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wasallam was seclusion with a woman on a street until the completion of her needs. "

Ibn Hajar said, "That he is not seclusion with a woman until both are closed from public view (hidden and not visible-pen), but the point is allowed seclusion if (they are both visible by the audience), but their voices are not heard by the audience both because he spoke with it slowly, for example because of a case that the woman is embarrassed when he mentions the case is in front of audiences. "

Ibn Hajar explains that there are forbidden and there is seclusion seclusion are allowed:

Seclusion are allowed, as was done by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam with the woman, namely putting an end to the voices that are not heard by the audience but not covered from their view. It is also as an explanation of Al-Muhallab, "Anas did not mean that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam seclusion with a woman until no visible by people around the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wasallam when it is, but the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam seclusion with a woman until the people around him did not hear the complaints of the woman and the conversation that took place between the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and the woman. Therefore hear the end of the conversation Anas the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and the woman then she brought menukilnya (reported it) and he does not narrate the conversation that took place between the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wasallam and the woman because she did not hear it. "(Fath Bari 9 / 413 . The words of Imam Nawawi that "the possibility of the woman is mahrom Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam like Umm Sulaim and female relatives." (Al-Minhaj 16/68), then kuranglah appropriate because, as narrated by Imam Muslim in that woman's mind somewhat disturbed, and this is not the nature of Umm Sulaim).
Which is forbidden seclusion seclusion (bersendiriannya) between male and female so closed off from human view. Said Al-Qodhi in Al-Ahkam As-Sulthoniah about the nature of enforcement ma'ruf nahi unjust verdicts, "If he saw a man standing with a woman in the streets where (people) and not visible from both the signs suspicious then he must not scold them both and he is not to deny. But if they were both standing on a deserted road, the lonely place it must deny the suspicious man and should he do not immediately give the penalty against both of them turned out the man was worried about her mahrom. He should say to the man-if it turns out she is a woman-mahrom keep this woman from suspicious places. -And if it turns out the woman is a woman-should ajnabiah he said to the man, 'I remind you of the dangers of seclusion with a woman who could plunge ajnabiah.' "

Sholeh Alu Shaikh Shaikh said:

والخلوة المحرمة هي ما كانت مع إغلاق لدار أو حجرة أو سيارة ونحو ذلك أو مع استتار عن الأعين, فهذه خلوة محرمة وكذا ضبطها الفقهاء

"And the seclusion that is forbidden is when accompanied by closing (locking) a house or a room or a car or a semisalnya or hidden from view humans (the audience). This seclusion is forbidden, and thus fikh experts define it. "

So that is forbidden seclusion there are two forms as described by Sheikh Sheikh Sholeh Alu. And is not the norm merupkan that the room is closed melazimkan also closed from public view.

If someone says, "Based on the definition of seclusion that is forbidden on the two-duaannya a woman and man in the overhang roads is not a seclusion that is forbidden because everyone looked at them??"

It is true that it is not a seclusion that is forbidden, but remember the lessons of seclusion was unlawful because of seclusion is one means by which mengantarakan to fornication, as indulgence in view of an initial step that ultimately led to the act of adultery. Therefore, the form of seclusion undertaken by mostly young men, although when viewed from the nature of seclusion seclusion itself is not haraam, but if viewed from defamation arising from the seclusion that the law is unlawful. The young people-be a pair such that both have fallen in forbidden things such as looking at each other with each other, the woman mendayu-dayukan his voice to seduce, not to mention the clothes the woman who does not comply with shariah, and Other sebagaianya far more severe. Seclusion which originally allowed it but if mixed with things that are forbidden, the law becomes unlawful. Seclusion is not safe from the emergence of slander then haraam.

Ibn Hajar said, "This hadeeth (ie Anas hadith above) will show bolehnya chatted with a woman ajnabiah (not mahrom) with secret talks (in secret), and this is not a reproach to religion of the perpetrators of honor if she is safe from defamation. But as word of his case Aisha وأيكم يملك إربه كما كان النبي يملك إربه "And who of you are able to withstand shocks desires as the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam syahwatnya could withstand." (Fath Bari 9 / 414).

Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib said,

لقد بلغت ثمانين سنة وأنا أخوف ما أخاف على النساء

"I have reached the age of eighty years and I fear most are the women." (Narrated by Ibn Abi Musonnaf Syaibah in his 7 / 17, he said, "It has been submitted to us Aswad ibn 'Amir, (he said), 'It has been submitted to us Hammad bin Salamah, from Ali bin Zaid from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib ...' ").

In another narration from Ali bin Zaid bin Jad'an that Sa'eed said, "It is no devil in despair of (teasing) something unless he find a way out by using the women (as a weapon to seduce)", Ali ibn Zayd ibn Jad 'an says, "And Sa'id said (though this time he was 84 years old and his eyes that one can not be used to see again, and the other myopic eyes):' There is nothing I fear more than the women. '"(Narrated by al-Bayhaqi in Syu'abul Faith 4 / 373 no. 5452 with isnaad to Ali bin Al-Madini from Sufyan from Ali bin Zaid bin Jad'an).

Prophet said,

ما تركت بعدي فتنة أضر على الرجال من النساء

"Never did I leave the more dangerous slander against finah men than women." (Narrated by al-Bukhari no. 5096 [Kitabun Marriage] and Mulim no. 97.98 [Book of adh-Dhikr])

Al-Munawi Abdurrouf comment on this hadith, "This is because a woman is not told her husband except to contemplates the bad, and not motivated, except to do evil, and women who most minimal danger is that he makes love to the world until her husband finally perish in his world, and what the damage is more severe than this, not to mention the woman is the cause of the emergence of drunken romance-slander and libel others that are difficult to calculate. "

Ibn Abbas said,

لم يكفر من كفر ممن مضى إلا من قبل النساء وكفر من بقي من قبل النساء

"It is not disbelieve those who passed away but because of the women, and likewise with the people in the future."

The king sends gifts to the Jurist, they also receive the prize, while Fudhail he refused the gift. His wife had told him, "You refused to ten thousand (dinars or dirhams) and we do not have food to eat today?", Fudhail also said, "Permisalan between me and thee (O my wife) as a people who have a cow they hijack by using the cow, when cows were older so they kill it. So I, you want menyembelihku after I reach old age, better for thee to die in a state of hunger before you slaughter Fudhail. "(Al-Faidul Qadir 5 / 436).

From Imron bin Abdillah, Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib said,

ما خفت على نفسي شيئا مخافة النساء

"I is not scared of anything happens to me as my fears to (fitna) among women."

His companions said,

يا أبا محمد إن مثلك لا يريد النساء ولا تريده النساء قال هو ما أقول لكم

"O Abu Muhammad, people like you do not want the women and the women do not want it!"

Sa'id said, "In fact as I have said to you." (Narrated by Ibn Sa'd in Al-At-Tobaqoot Kubro (5 / 136), he said, "It has been preached to us 'Amr ibn' Asim, he said, "It has been preached to us Salam bin Poor, he said," It has been submitted to us' Imron bin 'Abdillah,' 'Ato' said,

لو ائتمنت على بيت مال لكنت أمينا ولا آمن نفسي على أمة شوهاء

"If I was trusted to keep the Baitul Mal (where the treasures of the Muslims), then I will carry out the mandate it, but I can not assure me of a beautiful slave girl."

Imam Ad-Dhahabi commented on the words' this Ato,

صدق رحمه الله ففي الحديث ألا لايخلون رجل بامرأة فإن ثالثهما الشيطان

"It's really saying 'Ato', may Allah have mercy on him-as already mentioned in the hadith, 'Let not a man seclusion with a woman because the devil became the third person among them.'" (Siyar al-Nubala knows best 5 / 87-88).

So really true words of Ahmad ibn 'Asim al-Anthoki (he died in 239 H),

من كان بالله أعرف كان منه أخوف

"Those who get to know God then it would be more afraid of God." (Al-Bidayah wan Nihayah 10/318, Bugyatut Tolab chronicle al-Halab fi 2 / 750).

Look at the salaf, such as Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib which is never echoed the call for prayer for forty years unless Sa'id has been in the mosque (Tahdzibut Tahdzib 4 / 87), as well as' that Ibn Juraij Ato said about him,

كان المسجد فراش عطاء عشرين سنة وكان من أحسن الناس صلاة

"The mosque is a place to sleep 'Ato' for twenty years, and he is the best prayer." (An-Nubala knows best Siyar 5 / 84, 20/80 Tahdzibul Kamal, chronicle of Ibn 'Asaker 40/392, Hilyatul Auliya '3 / 310).

With their incredible worship hence they are more familiar with them Rob shingga they are more afraid of God, afraid that they themselves fall into disobedience. Not as well as some Muslims, who feel confident to be saved from libel, slander let alone a very dangerous woman is fitna?

And forbidden berkhalwatnya someone with the opposite sex who is not a mahromnya, and this generally includes all forms, and the same lust whether accompanied or not, because the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam either absolutely prohibit seclusion with lust or not.

It is said to Abul Qosim Abadzi An-Nasr, "Some people sit down (hang) with the women and they said," I can wake up to not look at them. "He also said," As long as the body is still intact then the commands and prohibitions are also still valid and penghalalan and pengharaman also remained devoted to both (ie the commands and prohibitions) and does not bring myself to the doubtful, doubtful unless the person that threw him to fall into forbidden things. "(Syaradzatuz Dzahab 3 / 58, As-Sufiah Tobaqoot 1 / 364).

Warning:

Forbidden berkhalwatnya a woman with an animal who could be interested and passionate to a woman like a monkey, because it feared the libel (undesirable) as mentioned by Ibn 'Aqil and Ibn al-Jawzi, and Sheikh Taqiyuddin. (Kasyful Qina '5 / 16).
People who transvestite with a woman he was ruling like a man (then applicable laws of seclusion), and likewise if with many women. And if with a man then he is like the case of a woman, so too when he was with many men, in order to be careful. (Al-Majmu '4 / 241).
Seclusion with a amrod (young children who do not grow hair on his face) is flawless in its legal handsome as seclusion with a woman, even if seclusion is to benefit learning and teaching or education. Imam Ahmad said to someone who walked with a handsome boy who is the nephew of the person; "I think you should not walk with him on the road." Ibn al-Jawzi berkatam "The salaf said of amrod:" وهو أشد فتنة من العذارى "" Fitnahnya greater than slander virgin woman. "(Kasyful Qona '5 / 16). Ibn Kathir said, "Many of the Salaf who said that they prohibit a man sharpens the consideration to (stare intently) to amrod." (Tafseer Ibn Katheer, Tafseer letter of 24 paragraph 30). Said Sheikh Taqiyyuddin (Ibn Taymiyyah), "Anyone who repeats pendangannya to amrod and continue to look at him and then he said 'I do not look at him with lust,' then he has lied." (Matholib Ulin Nuha 5 / 19). Imam An-Nawawi said, "Imam As-Shafi'i said it would illicit look (face) amrod, and if you look at it haram then haram seclusion with amrad over again because it is more ugly and closer to the mafsadah and the thing that worried (if seclusion with a woman) also exist (if seclusion with amrod. "(Al-Majmu '4 / 241).

Law Looking Amrod (Mukhtasor Al-Fataawa al-Mishriyah 1/29-30)

Ibn Taymiyyah said, "Looking amrod with lust is haraam and it is the consensus' (agreement) of the Muslims, as well as looking to the women who are mahrom (but with a lust) and shook hands with them and berledzat-ledzat with them. Whoever said that this is worship is a kaafir, and he's like a person who makes the assistance to people who want to do as a religious insult, even looking at the trees, horses, and the animals if the feelings of the world considers beautiful and good, power and leadership, seta property, then views like this disgraceful as the word of God:

ولا تمدن عينيك إلى ما متعنا به أزواجا منهم زهرة الحياة الدنيا لنفتنهم فيه ورزق ربك خير وأبقى

"And do not go your eyes to what We have given to groups of them, as the flower of life in the world to us cobai them with him. And the gift of your Lord is better and more lasting. "(Qur'an 20:131)

As if that view with feelings without degrading religion, but with such views arise relaxed spirit like looking at the flowers then this includes the use falsehood for truth.

Sometimes someone looking to others because of faith and piety are owned by people who viewed it as the view that this benchmark is the heart and charitable people who viewed it not as a way guy.

Sometimes someone looked at that person because of the beauty of the individual so that he will remind the Essence that creates such a way (ie Allah), then such views are good.

Sometimes someone looked at someone else just because of the beauty I see. Then each model looked over at any time accompanied by lust then haraam without a doubt, is the same whether the cause lust lust for berjima 'or not. And the difference between what a person feels when looking at the flowers with her feelings when looking at women and amrod, because this difference is also distinguished in the law syar'inya, then be looking to amrod there are three kinds:

If that view is accompanied by lust, the law is unlawful.
Allowed because it is not accompanied by lust like someone who wara 'who look to a handsome son and beautiful daughter. Such views are not accompanied by lust unless performed by people who are most fajir. Whenever this view is accompanied by lust, the law is unlawful. Therefore, anyone whose heart is not inclined to amrod as the Companions, as a people who have never known disobedience that this insult. One of them did not distinguish between his views to amrod face with his views to his son, the son of his neighbor, a child ajnabi. Absolutely not occurred to his heart desires, because he was not familiar with it, clean heart. Female slaves at the time of the friends out walking on the streets in an open, their faces and they serve (help) the men and their caution is clean. If in this country and today there are people who want to let the slaves of Turkish women walking on the streets will give rise to damages. Similarly, with amrod-amrod a handsome, is not justified to come out in places and at times feared they would be exposed to defamation except to the extent necessary. So it is not possible amrod a handsome young man sauntering or sitting in baths umun between foreign men ...
It is only a difference of opinion arose among the scholars on the third type that is looking to the amrod without lust, but there are fears the turmoil will be the emergence of lust, then there are two opinions in the madhhab of Imam Ahmad. And the most correct of the two opinions is the opinion which is also the statement of Imam As-Shafi'i and others are not allowed. A second opinion may be, because that is the origin of fluctuation is not emergence of lust. The former is more correct opinion.

Whoever lingering look amrod said that he did not look at her with lust then he has been lying, because if indeed there is nothing (ie lust) who encouraged him to continue to look of course he will not be looked at. Surely he did not repeat his views to amrod exception because there keledzatan contained in his heart. "

Legal berkhalwatnya a man with several women without mahrom

The scholars disagree about the law berkhalwatnya a man with a woman ajnabiah if the amount is more than one woman, and vice versa (berkhalwatnya a woman with several men ajnabi).

Imam An-Nawawi said, "There is no difference between the seclusion of Prohibition, when prayer or outside prayer." (Al-Majmu '4 / 242).

Imam An-Nawawi said, "Say our friends (who bermadzhab Shafi'i), if a man mengimami a woman who is mahromnya and seclusion with him then is not why and not at all because it allowed him to makruh seclusion with her outside of prayer. And if he mengimami a woman ajnabiah and seclusion with the law is illegitimate ... and if he mengimami ajnabiah many women with the condition of seclusion with them then there are two opinions. Jumhur bolehnya scholars would argue that ... because the women who come together usually do not allow a man to do something bad against one of them in front of them. Imamul Haromain and author of Al-'Uddah quoting Imam As-Syafii that states that a man Prohibition mengimami some women but among women it is mahrom the man or his wife. And Imam As-Syafii illicit berkhalwatnya will convince a man with women unless there mahrom man with them. "(Al-Majmu '4 / 241).

Meditate on how he emphasized the Imam As-Syafii in pengharaman kholwat between women and men, to the point that he forbids a man mengimami the women (in a state of seclusion with them) unless there is between the woman mahrom the imam or priest's wife. Yet this is in a state of worship is very great (ie prayer), which of course people who are praying away from dirty thoughts, other than that the priest was in front and the women are behind him so that he does not see them, but the Imam Syafi ' i still forbid this.

As-Sarkashi said, "... Kemakruhan (or keharoman) this (according to Imam As-Shafi'i-pen) will not disappear until there are among these women mahrom them, as the hadeeth of Anas that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam their prayers mengimami in their homes, Anas said, "So the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and made me an orphan at the back (on the first rows) and make my mother and Umm Sulaim behind us." (Narrated by Al-Bukhari 1 / 149, Muslim 1 / 457 )(*). Because of the presence there goes mahrom concerns about the emergence of slander, and it is the same whether it is mahrom mahrom for all women or only a partial mahrom for them and allowed to pray in all circumstances, because of hatred (towards seclusion it) is if the outside prayer . '(Al-As-Sarkashi Mabshuth work 1 / 166).

(*) Complete haditsnya (-ed):

"From Anas ibn Malik, he said that his grandmother (named) Mulaikah invited the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam to eat food that has been made for the Prophet, upon him blessings. So the Prophet had to eat it then he sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said,' Let's pray I will lead you. "Anas said, 'Then I will take a mat belongs to the already blackened by long-used and I will not sprinkle water on it." Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam stands (for prayer) and I shared a stand of orphan rows behind him sallallaahu' alaihi wasallam and the elderly (ie, his grandmother) behind us. Then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam pray two cycles and then he turned away (finished the prayer). "

Warning:

Imam An-Nawawi said, "And the same ruling on Prohibition seclusion among people who are blind by those who can see." (Al-Majmu '4 / 242).

He also said, "Know that mahrom that by being with the woman allowed to sit (seclusion) with the woman is the same whether it is mahrom mahrom mahrom the man or the woman, or that convey the same mahrom like the woman's husband or wife of the man, wallahu a'lam. "(Al-Majmu '4 / 242).
Prohibition berkhalwatnya a woman with a man although the reason for treatment, except with the woman mahrom, or husbands, or women tsiqoh (who can be trusted). Due to the fact that a lot happens sometimes it's true there is only a male doctor who can handle the illness of a woman with good handling and guaranteed although because of an emergency then the doctor should look at the woman's genitalia. But keep in mind that not all medical emergency situation that requires a woman should not be accompanied by mahromnya. Especially sad is the fact that many of the women that if they met with the male doctors as if the doctor is mahromnya.

Legal Berkhalwatnya A Woman with Some Men (more than one person)

"From Abdullah bin 'Amr bin Al-'Ash that several people from Bani Hashim entrance (see) Asma' bint 'Umais, then Abu Bakr entered, and when that Asma' had become the wife of Abu Bakr As-Siddiq, then Abu Bakr saw them and he hates it, then he also convey that to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and she said,' I do not see anything except good. "Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said,' Truly Allah has stated purity of these cases (cases that ugly), 'then the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wasallam stood on the pulpit and said, 'After this day is not allowed a man to see mughibah (ie a woman whose husband was not at home) except with a man (the other ) or two people. '"(Narrated by Muslim, 4 / 1711, Saheeh Ibn Hibbaan 12/398).

What is meant by mughibah are women whose husbands were not at home, either because it was bersafar out of town or out of the house but still in town, their argument is this hadith. It is said that Abu Bakr was not at home, rather than being out of town. (Al-Minhaj 4 / 155).

Imam An-Nawawi said, "Dzohir of this hadith shows will bolehnya berkhalwatnya two or three men with a woman ajnabiah, and the famous, according to our friends (ie adherent syafi'iah schools) will illicit this. Therefore, this hadith (bolehnya seclusion) was brought to the group of people who likely much to the emergence of agreement among them to perform deeds kesholehan insult because they, or their muru'ah and others. "(Al-Minhaj 4 / 155).

As for the scholars who said it would bolehnya berkhalwatnya a woman with several men they require that the men are the people who trusted and did not agree to do the insult against the woman.

Imam An-Nawawi said, "The berkholwatnya two men or more with a famous woman who is haraam then this could be because they are men agreed to do the nasty (adultery) against the woman. And it is said that if they are including people who are far from the action like that then do not why. "(Al-Majmu '4 / 241).

Warning:

Among the cases that are considered trivial by the public but very dangerous is berkhalwatnya husband's relatives (who are not mahrom wife) with his wife.

عن عقبة بن عامر أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال إياكم والدخول على النساء فقال رجل من الأنصار يا رسول الله أفرأيت الحمو قال الحمو الموت

"From 'Uqbah ibn' Amir that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said,' Watch yourselves from the entrance (to see), the women!", And said someone from the Anshor, 'Messenger of Allah, what do you think the Al-Hamwu?' The Messenger alaihi wasallam said, 'Al-Hamwu is death (death).' "(Narrated by al-Bukhari no. 5232)

Ibn Hajar said, "Prohibition of entry (to the relatives of the husband) to meet the women revealed that the prohibition for more principal to forbidden seclusion (min chapter hall)." (Fath Bari 9 / 411).

Imam Nawawi said, "The scholars have agreed that the language of Al-Ahmaa الأحماء 'is a close relative of the husband as father, brother, nephew, cousin, and that semisalnya, and الأختان Al-Akhtan are close relatives of the wife, and الأصهار Al-Ashhar includes both (Al-Ahmam and Al-Akhtaan) ... and that is the Al-Ahmam here is a close relative of the husband than his father and his children (*), because they are mahrom for her and allowed for them for seclusion with her and they do not disifati with death, but is meant here is the brother of the husband, uncle, cousin, and who is not a mahrom semisalnya for the women and the habits of their people underrate this (lack of care) and let one's seclusion with his brother istiri. This is death, and relatives is more major than men banned foreign (with no kin relationship). "(Al-Minhaj 14/154).

(*) As for Al-Maziri, then he declared that the meaning of Al-Hamwu is the father of her husband, and even this opinion is followed by Ibn al-Athir in An-Nihayah, but Ibn al-Athir dzahirnya also does not restrict the meaning of Al-Hamwu the father of the husband but he did Al-Hamwu it is generally covers all relatives of the husband without excluding the father and husband and children. He said, 'Al-Hamwu, "Relatives of the husband-kin." (An-Nihayah 1 / 440) Imam An-Nawawi said, "This is the opinion of the broken and rejected." (Al-Minhaj 14/154). Ibn Hajar explains that the interpretation and explanation of the priests showed that this opinion is not the opinion of the damaged. (Fath Bari 9 / 412).

Al-Maziri suggests that the mention of the father of the husband to meet mughibah banned as a warning that the ban against her husband even more so than fathers. (Al-Fath 9412).

Ibn al-Athir said, "If by the husband that his father is death (if you get into his house and he was in a state not at home)-when he was mahrom his wife-what if the entry is a stranger??!, Meaning the 'Better she (the wife) died alone and let it (the wife) do (let someone has entered her home without the presence of her husband) '..., he said,' What it means is berkhalwatnya Al-Hamwu berbahya with his wife more than seclusion with a stranger, because sometimes if Al-Hamwu are doing good on her or ask her to do that according contemplates the husband is a heavy thing like looking for something beyond the ability of the husband will be devastated relationship between luke wife because of it. And because a husband does not like if Al-Hamwu know the affairs of his family if he went inside his house. "(An-Nihayah 1 / 440).

Ibn Hajar Ibn al-Athir comment on these words, "As if the word Al-Hamwu death that must happen and it is impossible to prevent his wife from the entry of Al-Hamwu, as death is inevitable. And the opinion of the latter was chosen by Sheikh Taqiyyuddin (Ibn Taymiyyah) in Syarhul 'Umdah. "(Al-Fath 9 / 413).

The meaning of words al-Hamwu Death (death)

Imam An-Nawawi said: "It means that the fear of Al-Hamwu more than against others, and further damage may occur and a greater slander because it possible to come to the woman with no denied. Unlike the foreign person (who had no kin relationship with husband). "

Ibn 'Arabi said, "This is a phrase that is said by the Arabs, as it says" The lion is death (death) ", which met him like death." Al-Qodhi said, "It means that seclusion with Al-Ahma 'plunge to the defamation and destruction of religion, the Messenger of Allaah upon him blessings and also makes this case such destruction, then the expression like this for the affirmation out loud." (These words are quoted both scholars by Imam An-Nawawi in Al-Minhaj 14/154).

Al-Qurtubi said, "... (the entry of Al-Hamwu) plunged to his death with the woman divorced by her husband when he was jealous or stoned if al-hamwu fornicate with them." (Umdatul Qori 20/214).

Imam An-Nawawi said, "and excluded from pengharaman (all forms of seclusion) is that emergency conditions such as if a man finds a woman who got lost in the middle ajnabiah mainland and the semisalnya, then allowed him to accompany the woman is even it obligatory upon it if the men are concerned about security and condition of the woman if she let it alone. And this is no difference of opinion among the scholars. Theorem which will show this is the story of Al-Ifk. "(Majmu '4 / 242).

Shalawat Nariyah

Shaykh Muhammad bin Jamil Zainu said: "Shalawat Nariyah quite popular in many circles and there who believe that people who can read as much as 4444 times with the intention of eliminating the difficulties or intent in order to fulfill the needs would be met. This is a false allegation and no arguments at all. What's more if you know the contents and watch the kesyirikan openly in it. Here is the sound of these blessings: "

Cor sholli sholaatan kaamilatan sallim salaaman taaman Wa 'ala sayyidinaa Muhammadin Alladzi tanhallu bihil' uqadu, tanfariju bihil kurabu wa, wa tuqdhaa bihil hawaa'iju tunaalu bihir raghaa'ibu Wa wa wa Husnul khawaatimi yustasqal ghomaamu wajhihil kariimi bi, wa 'alaa aalihi, wa shahbihi 'Adada kulli ma'luumin laka

Meaning:

"O God, Pour the perfect compliment as well as fully safety, To our leader Muhammad, Who with because he ties (in the liver) into a biodegradable, thanks to his various difficulties to disappear, various requirements to be met, and with relief because he Also all hope is achieved, so it is a good end of life is obtained, Various heartsick should prompt relief and a way out by firing his glorious, hope of salvation is also devoted to his family, and all his friends as much as people who you know the amount. "

Shaikh said:

"Verily Tawheed Aqeedah called by Al-Qur'an Al Karim and taught to us by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam to oblige every Muslim to believe that God alone the power to release the bonds in your heart, get rid of trouble-trouble, meet all kinds of needs and provide request of the person being asked to Him. Therefore a Muslim should not pray to other than Allah for the sake of eliminating pain or cure the illness, although he called the angel of the messenger or prophet is near (to Allah). This Qur'an has denied doing better pray to God other than the apostles or the saints. Allah says which means:

أولئك الذين يدعون يبتغون إلى ربهم الوسيلة أيهم أقرب ويرجون رحمته ويخافون عذابه إن عذاب ربك كان محذورا

"Even god they invoke (besides God) is actually seeking closeness to their Lord himself by taking obedience so that they grew closer to Him and they were hoping to His mercy and fear His punishment. Indeed Rabbmu punishment is something to be feared. "(Surat Al-Israa ': 57). The scholars say that the interpretation of this verse was revealed concerning the people who pray to Jesus Christ or worship angels or jinn devout (as narrated by Ibn Kathir). "

He continued his explanation:

"How do Apostle sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam can feel pleasure when he said as a person who could release the bonds of the liver and can eliminate a variety of distress when the Qur'an alone had commanded him to say about himself:

قل لا أملك لنفسي نفعا ولا ضرا إلا ما شاء الله ولو كنت أعلم الغيب لاستكثرت من الخير وما مسني السوء إن أنا إلا نذير وبشير لقوم يؤمنون

"Say: I have no power over the benefits and madharat for myself except to the extent of what God wills. If I did know the things unseen and I will multiply the good and no bad things that will happen. Actually I was just a warner and glad tidings to those who believe. "(Surat Al-A'raaf)

At one time there was someone yag came to the Apostle sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and said: "By the will of God and your will, O Messenger", so he was rebuked by saying, "Do you want to make me as an ally for God? Say: By the will of God alone. "Nidd or ally means: matsiil wa syariik (similar and colleagues) (Narrated by Nasa'i with a hasan chain)

He went on longer explanation:

"If we replace the word bihi (به) (with cause he) with bihaa (بها) (with cause shalawat) then surely its meaning will be completely without the need to provide numbers limit as mentioned earlier. So reading becomes like this:

اللهم صل صلاة كاملة وسلم سلاما تاما على سيدنا محمد التي تحل بها العقد

Cor sholli sholaatan kaamilatan sallim salaaman taamman wa 'ala sayyidinaa Muhammadin Allati tuhillu bihal' uqadu (meaning the bond because the liver becomes detached shalawat)

That's because reading blessings on the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam is worship that can be used as a means to apply bertawassul released from sorrow and distress. Why are we reading this heresy that only blessings came from ordinary beings as our words and instead left the habit of reading shalawat Ibrahimiyah (that is what we usually read in the prayers, important life) derived from the sayings of the Prophet which Ma'shum? "

Justice on Earth

Justice, a word sweet in the mouth and melodious in the ear. How many of us have encountered people who want to enforce it. There was a struggle through legal channels to establish legal aid agencies. There is also a struggle through political channels to establish the party. There is also a struggle through the mass movements with berorasi and dismantle ulcers group of people who are considered evil. There is also a struggle through the mass media by publishing leaflets and newspapers about it. Everything want to reach a virtue, namely justice. But it is unfortunate. How many people who want the good but do not get it.

If we want to honestly ask ourselves each, the extent to which we understand the nature of justice and fairness to everyone that we must apply. Then it might be an idea of justice it was still vague and confused in our minds. There are things that we consider ordinary and trivial but in fact it included a huge injustice. On the contrary could be something we consider very high values of justice is no justice but it was still another a higher and more right to be defended. That's why here we would like to invite readers to re-look at the matter that is before us with glasses of Al-Qur'an and Sunnah through the method of understanding Salafush Salih.

God Telling You for Doing Fair

In the Qur'an Allah states:

يا أيها الذين آمنوا كونوا قوامين لله شهداء بالقسط ولا يجرمنكم شنآن قوم على ألا تعدلوا اعدلوا هو أقرب للتقوى واتقوا الله إن الله خبير بما تعملون

"O those who believe, let you be the ones who always uphold the truth because God, as witnesses to fair. And let not the hatred of a people to make you not be fair. Do fair because he is closer to piety. "(Surat al-Maa'idah: 8)

When commenting on the verse "O ye who believe, let you be the ones who uphold the truth, bearing witness for Allah" Sheikh Abu Bakr Al Jazaa'iri hafizhahullah said, "That (Allah ordered to) uphold justice in terms of law and the testimony ... "(Nidaa'atur Rahman, p.. 86) Sheikh Abdurrahman bin Nasir As rahimahullah Sa'di says," ... Every time you're eager to uphold justice and meant it to apply it then it will make you more nearer to piety heart. If justice is applied to perfection then becomes perfect piety. "(Taisir Karimir Rahman, p.. 224)

Shaykh Muhammad ibn Saalih al 'Uthaymeen rahimahullah explain about the nature of justice. He explained that the meaning of fair is to fulfill the rights to each owner. Or it could also be interpreted by each owner seated position on the proper place (please see Huquuq Da'at Ilaihal Fithrah wa Ha-Ash Qararat Shariah, p.. 9) Thus, the core understanding is the problem of equitable rights and position. Everything has the rights and position. Up to unbelievers who do not fight the Muslims also have security rights in Islam. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Whoever kills infidels mu'ahad it will not be able to smell the fragrance of Paradise." (Narrated by Bukhari)

Know Justice by opponent

Opponents of the fair is despotic. Shaykh Muhammad ibn Saalih al 'Uthaymeen rahimahullah testified that ruthlessness that there are three kinds:

The most despotic tyranny, that is doing shirk in Allah. Although people who do not shirk menzalimi said God, even the man himself dizaliminya. Because he was humiliating himself to something that is not worthy to be worshiped.
Tyranny someone against itself. That he did not fulfill the rights himself. As an example of fasting without breaking, night prayers continue and not go to sleep.
Ruthlessness one person to another. Like for example when he violated the rights of others to beat him, kill him, seized his property, and so forth. (See Al Qaul Al Mufid, I/35, Ad DAA 'wad Dawaa' thing. 145)

So can we conclude, if someone wants to do justice to perfection then he should bertauhid properly, leaving the injustice against themselves as well as to fellow servant. With those three things is true justice will erect. It is strange when there are people who menzalimi animal called the people who do wrong, then to those who do shirk would be left free on the grounds of human rights! Shirk called despotic act as a slave has been addressed with the worship of something that is not entitled to worship. Though no one has the right diibadahi except Allah. The Prophet said, "The right of Allah that must be fulfilled by the servants is that they worship Him and not associate anything with Him." (Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim) Therefore Luqman advises his son not to do shirk, because shirk including tyranny. As spoken of Allah Ta'ala which means, "Verily Shirk is a huge injustice." (Surah Luqman: 13)

As the tyranny that is stratified then the justice too. Allah ta'ala says which means, "Indeed We sent the messengers We have the proofs, and We sent down with them the Book and the balance so that people uphold justice." (Surat al-Hadid: 25)

Rahimahullah Al Imam Ibn al-Qayyim said, "Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala proclaim that He sent His Apostles, lowering his books so that people uphold al qisth of justice. One of the most sublime form of justice is monotheism. He is the greatest principal pillars of justice and penegaknya. While polytheism is a very great injustice. So that shirk is the most despotic tyranny, while monotheism is the most fair justice ... "(Ad DAA 'wad Dawaa', p.. 145)

Recognizing Closer kesyirikan

As already stated in advance that shirk including tyranny. In fact he considered the greatest injustice because it involves the rights of Allah Ta'ala, the creator and ruler of the universe. It is only fitting this case we peeled deeper. Reader, may Allah give us taufik. The scholars have defined as an act of shirk to equate something other than God with God in the things of God, including specificity.

Specificity of God includes three cases:

His rububiyah such as creating, turn, turn, provide sustenance, set the universe, the master, granted the prayer and so forth.
His Uluhiyah like getting burnt offerings, sacrifices, became the place to ask for help, be objective observance, became the only resident shari'ah and so forth.
Asma 'wa shifat Him as have the name of Allah, Ar Rahman and Ar Rabb. Or bearing the nature of knowing things unseen, and the like.

Thus, it is divided into three shirk: polytheism in rububiyah, shirk or polytheism in terms uluhiyah in terms of asthma 'wa shifat. A simple example can illustrate the occurrence of three kinds of shirk is once again is if there is someone who prays for help to the trustee who is dead. In the action involved three kinds of shirk at the same time, let us prove it!

First, a prayer to the guardian means that he believes that the guardian can grant his request. This means he has fallen into shirk rububiyah.

Secondly, one who prays to the saints means he has indicated that one form of worship to other than Allah, namely prayer. And the Prophet said, "that's Prayer worship" (Narrated by Tirmidhi) This means he has fallen into polytheism or shirk uluhiyah worship.

Third, a man who prayed to the saint it means that he believes that the guardian could hear her prayers, when the guardian is dead. It plunges itself into shirk in terms of attributes of Allah Ta'ala, the Supreme listen. He likened the ability to hear the caregiver with the ability to hear Allah Ta'ala. All-holy God from what they do. Now, whether the act like this never imagined in our mind if it includes tyranny? Or even vice versa, there are considered the ancestral tradition becomes an asset worthy of tourism?!

Eradicate tyranny with tyranny

Strange but true. Some people there are in her name as a fighter for justice. They want to defend the rights of the oppressed and tyrannized. But on the other side the way they travel is also unjust. Perhaps it is also true of people who call this their actions as ulahnya Robin Hood 'good thief'. And where there is a good thief? They invite people to join in a despotic system. That is a state system that does not distinguish between the rights and status of men by women. Though noble Qur'an explicitly says, "And it's not the same man as a woman." (Surah Ali Imran: 36) Allah also emphatically said, "There will be lucky to a people who give up their leadership to women affairs . '(Narrated by Bukhari) They want people to support this system, by which the voice of a cleric aligned with the voice of a gambler snapper class. With which the voice of an infidel for a Muslim voice. And Allah Ta'ala clearly states, "Say, 'Is it the same between the knowledgeable with people who are not knowledgeable?'" (Surah Az Zumar: 9) God also says, "Are we going to make the Muslims as well as people who are sinners (unbelievers) "(Surat al-Pen: 35) Allah also says," Will We'll make the (state of) those who fear the same with people who love sin? "(Surah Sad: 28)

Duhai, how they zalimnya this. Not to mention another injustice that arises when the legal decision-making occurs at the hands of the people, power in the hands of the people. And God said, "He who is not ruling by Allah revealed, they are the ones who do wrong." (Surat al-Maa'idah: 45) As if the people's voice is everything. Who would ever vote that was won in a power struggle. Then if the difference between this system with the law of the jungle. There, a large and powerful beast beat his body small and weak animals. And here, the sound of many voices are a little beat, O men of understanding what the difference between democracy and mob rule! So if the lion is worth getting the position as king of the jungle, because the lion's strongest, most vicious and most frightening sound, and of course the most ruthless when finish off their prey! O propagators caller justice and prosperity, where is justice that you strive for? Whose rights are you defending? With this system you guys have been aligning import Muslims who glorified Allah and His Messenger with the pagans who humiliated by Allah and His Messenger. Is there a worse insult than this humiliation?

Tawhid Awwalan Yes Du'aatal Islaam

It is not excessive if the scholars always bequeath to the propagators for preaching monotheism in taking forward the improvement in the human body. How could I not? Because with tauhidlah careful humans will depend solely to his Lord. So whatever the law given by God and they immediately receive with roomy chest and open arms. Because with tauhidlah wives will come back again moved to impose the headscarf and dress sense of shame. So that pornography will be uprooted and become garbage removed by the youth. For with the heart tauhidlah parents will again realize the importance of faith in his son and daughter, so that colleges, schools and boarding schools will bloom with students, pupils, and santriwati santriwan cautious. And with a monotheism that would erect the highest justice in the universe, and ruthlessness tumbanglah worst (read: shirk) that contaminates the history of human civilization.

Tauhid, this is the spirit of propaganda and the struggle of the Prophet and Apostles' alaihimush shalatu was salaam, let us for granted. Allah ta'ala says, "And indeed We sent to every nation a messenger who took Worship God and shun the Evil." (Surah An Nahl: 36) The Evil is anything that is worshiped but Allah, either by way complied with, worshiped or followed. And what about the democratic system. Is not man obeyed and followed him, until some of them fell down in kesyirikan in terms of obedience to other than Allah Ta'ala. Obey the system of human creation as opposed to the justice of Allah Ta'ala.

Democracy is not the right way to be able to establish an Islamic state. How would like to create an Islamic temporarily when applying this system from the beginning Islam has been equated with pagan religions. So when will materialize an Islamic state that you crave? It only exists in fantasy. My brother, your time to care, compassion energy, wealth and strength to care. Come join the ranks of the best generation of pin tracks led by the successors of Salaf scholars today, Shaykh Abdul 'Aziz ibn Baaz, Shaykh Muhammad ibn Saalih al' Uthaymeen, Shaykh Muhammad Al-Albani Nashiruddin rahimahumullah along with their students and other scholars walking on their manhaj, namely manhaj salaf. Sprinkle monotheism in the middle of the people, turn on the Sunnah that has abandoned the society. Undoubtedly the success will be achieved. Unity would be established. And bond ukhuwah will no longer need fetters undermined by the party and sect. Unite above manhaj ahlus salaf sunnah wal Jama'ah. God has promised to you, "If you help (religion) of Allah then surely Allah will help you and strengthen your position." (Surah Muhammad: 7) And Allaah knows best shawaab bish.

Too Many charity Salih

O brother believers, really if we look at the headers on display at the top, of course, our logic will immediately declare, it may not happen to a servant, and not be a servant would feel that way it except an arrogant people. But really in between us or even ourselves may have or even really being felt today. Or can we just do not feel it due to subtle trickery devil against us. Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala says,

ثم لآتينهم من بين أيديهم ومن خلفهم وعن أيمانهم وعن شمآئلهم ولا تجد أكثرهم شاكرين

"Then I will come to them from the front and from behind them, from right and left of them. And you will not find most of them thankful. "(Surat al-A'raaf: 17)

This verse illustrates to us that when we are alert to the devil that we should not be excessive (ifrath) then he would plunge us to reverse the disparaging attitude (tafrith).

Beware and Do not Get Fooled

There are times when we have fulfilled many good deeds, in the form; tahajud prayers at night, fasting in the afternoon, many bertilawah and memorize the Quran and hadith, always present in science assemblies, maintaining rawatib sunna prayers, and always in congregation at the mosque, without any conscious we feel pride in ourselves. We felt he had become a pious person, feel that Salih himself is our most on this earth or at least in our village. Even the feeling that we would put in heaven in the hereafter later. No, O my brother. If we feel that therefore, it is precisely what happens is the opposite, because Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has said in his book:

أفأمنوا مكر الله فلا يأمن مكر الله إلا القوم الخاسرون

"Do they feel safe from the punishment of Allah? Nothing feels safe from the punishment of Allah except those who are the losers. "(Surat al-A'raaf: 99)

قل هل ننبئكم بالأخسرين أعمالا الذين ضل سعيهم في الحياة الدنيا وهم يحسبون أنهم يحسنون صنعا

"Say: 'Shall We inform you about the people who most lose his deeds?" That is the people who have been in vain deeds in the life of this world, while they thought that they were doing their best. "(Surat al-Kahf : 103-104)

Futile because it is not sincere in charity so that deeds are not rewarding, and in vain because ujub (feeling proud) with deeds. Some scholars salaf said: "How many little deeds that become great because of his intention, and how many great deeds, deeds become small because of his intention."

Fruit Faith To Fate

Truly blessed are those who pengimanan against the destiny of Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala Menghujam strong in his chest, he would escape a sense ujub, because if he had the misfortune he be patient, do not be disappointed and saddened. If he gets the pleasure she did not feel grateful and proud of what he has earned since nothing is set accident and sustenance for him except Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala. As word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:

ما أصاب من مصيبة في الأرض ولا في أنفسكم إلا في كتاب من قبل أن نبرأها إن ذلك على الله يسير لكيلا تأسوا على ما فاتكم ولا تفرحوا بما آتاكم والله لا يحب كل مختال فخور

"Not a disaster ever befall the earth and to yourself but have been written in the book before We created it. Surely that is easy for Allah. That you do not grieve for what escapes you, and so that you do not get too excited about what is given unto Him. And Allah does not love every arrogant person who prides himself again. "(Surat al-Hadid: 22-23)

When he was tested by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala with the good deeds he has done he does not ujub and humbled sinners, when he tested Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala with immoral acts he is not constantly in the act, he repented and still prejudiced good to Him. Because Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala has said,

وما تشاؤون إلا أن يشاء الله رب العالمين

"And you can not (going down that road), except when Allah desired. Surely Allah is Knower, Wise. "(Surat at Takwir: 29)

And the Messenger shollallahu 'alaihi wa sallam has said:

"No one in between a soul unless it has established its place in hell or in Janah and has been set for him will live miserable and unhappy. Someone from a people ask: 'O Messenger of why we do not surrender to the dictates of it and leave the practice? If anyone of us will live happily and he will do good with the practice of people happy and those who suffer and he will do good with the deeds of people who suffer? "He shollallahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:' beramallah! Each permitted to take what was decided for him, if he is among those who suffer it will be easy to do charity with the deeds of people who suffer and if it includes people who are happy then it will be easy to do good deeds of people who are happy with. 'Then he shollallahu 'alaihi wa sallam read the verse:

فأما من أعطى واتقى. وصدق بالحسنى. فسنيسره لليسرى. وأما من بخل واستغنى. وكذب بالحسنى. فسنيسره للعسرى

"The people who give (freely in the streets of Allah) and cautious, and justify the best reward (heaven), then we will be prepared for him an easy road. And as for those who grabber and felt himself enough, and gives the lie to the best, then later we will prepare for him a difficult road. "(Surat Al-Lail: 5-10). (Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim)

How many people who have been tested Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala with kindness, then kindness is making her character more arrogant pride (ujub) then Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala destroy it to the brink of disobedience. And how many people are in the test of Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala with disobedience then he repented, then Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala wills him to be the cautious and give him a glorious position in heaven. This is the meaning of the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:

إلا من تاب وآمن وعمل عملا صالحا فأولئك يبدل الله سيئاتهم حسنات وكان الله غفورا رحيما

"Except those who repent, believe and do good works, so that their evil Allah replaced with virtue. And it is Allah most Forgiving, Most Merciful. "(Surat al-Furqan: 70)

Suspect Okay To Allah

Based on the word of Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala in a hadith Qudsi, "I am as My servant inkling to me, if he is prejudiced good to me then good for him and if he is prejudiced to me so bad for him." (HR . Ahmad)

So it mandatory for us to assume good faith towards Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala when tested with disobedience, that Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala destined for our actions so that we realize that when it has been doing good we often forget that the real thing will not happen but with the destiny of Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala, so we feel proud of what we seek. Indeed, when a servant to feel proud and lift themselves confronted with human beings, then Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala will menghinakannya in the human eye. It does not mean that the author has survived from this case while writing this article, because the case is very big. Only to Allah is our request for help.

Adab visit and Glorifying Guest

Muslim readers who glorified by Allah ta'ala, a Muslim who believes in Allah and the Last Day will glorify guest is obligatory to believe that he will place in accordance with his position. This is as the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam,

من كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الأخر فليكرم ضيفه

"Those who believe in Allah and the Last Day then let him glorify his guest." (Narrated by Bukhari)

Here is adab-adab relating to guests and a guest. We divide this discussion into two parts, namely adab adab for the host and the guest.

Adab For Host

1. When inviting someone, should invite those who do right, not a person who fajir (bermudah I hope in sin), as the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam,

لا تصاحب إلا مؤمنا, ولا يأكل طعامك إلا تقي

"Thou shalt not make friends but rather with a believer, and do not eat your food but the righteous!" (Narrated by Abu Dawood and Tirmidhi)

2. No specialized invite rich people only, without inviting the poor, based on the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam,

شر الطعام طعام الوليمة يدعى لها الأغنياء, ويترك الفقراء

"Bad-bad food is the food walimah where rich people were invited and the poor people left behind." (Narrated by Bukhari, Muslim)

3. Not invite someone who is known to incriminate him if invited.

4. Disunahkan welcome to the guests as the hadeeth narrated from Ibn Abbas radi 'anhu, that when the messenger Abi Qais came to the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam, he said,

مرحبا بالوفد الذين جاءوا غير خزايا ولا ندامى

"Welcome to the envoys who came without feeling humiliated and sorry." (Narrated by Bukhari)

5. Respecting guests and provide meals for guests only food he could. However, still doing my best to provide the best food. Allah ta'ala has said, which tells the Prophet Ibrahim 'alaihis greetings with his guests:

فراغ إلى أهله فجاء بعجل سمين. فقربه إليهم قال آلا تأكلون

"And Abraham came to the family by bringing veal fat, then he put the food in them (the guests of Abraham-ed), saying: 'Do not you eat?'" (Surat adh-Dzariyat: 26-27)

6. In the presentation did not mean to boast and be proud-proud, but intends to imitate the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and the Prophets before him, like Prophet Abraham' alaihis greetings. He was given the title "Abu Dhifan" (Father of the guests) because of how noble he is in entertaining guests.

7. It should also, in his ministry intended to provide joy to fellow Muslims.

8. Prefer guests to the right than the left. This is done when the guests sat down in an orderly manner.

9. Prefer guests older than the younger guests, as the word he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

من لم يرحم صغيرنا ويجل كبيرنا فليس منا

"He who does not love a little more respect from us and not older than us is not our class." (Reported by Bukhari in the book Adabul simplex). This hadeeth indicates the command to respect older people.

10. Do not lift the food that was served before the guests finished enjoying it.

11. Among civilized people who give their cuisine is to invite conversation with a pleasant conversation, do not sleep before they sleep, do not complain about their presence, sweet-faced when they come, and feel lost when farewell home.

12. Bring food to the guests when serving food such as God told him about Abraham 'alaihis greetings,

فقربه إليهم

"Then Abraham brought the food to them." (Surat adh-Dzariyat: 27)

13. Speed up to serve food to guests because it is a tribute to them.

14. Is the adab of the people who provide meal was served the guests and show them happiness and confront them with a cheerful face and beamed.

15. As for the penjamuan guests is as in the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam,

"Entertaining guests is three days, while the honor a day and night and is not lawful for a Muslim to stay in place so that she hurt her brother." The friend said: "O Messenger of Allah, how to hurt him?" Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "The guests staying with him while he did not have anything to entertain his guests. "

16. Should bring guests who want to go back up to the front of the house.

Adab For Customers

1. For someone who was invited, should be filled according to time unless there is udzur, such as the fear that something happened to him or her religion. This is based on the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam,

من دعى فليجب

"Those who are invited, Go to!" (Narrated by Abu Dawood and Ahmad)

ومن ترك الدعوة فقد عصى الله ورسوله

"He who does not comply with the invitation he had been adulterous in Allah and His Messenger." (Narrated by Bukhari)

To attend the invitation should pay attention to the following terms:

The person who invited not one that should be avoided and shunned.
No kemungkaran on where the invitation.
People who are invited are Muslim.
Income person who invited not from earnings which are haraam. However, there are some scholars claim that the invitation may attend pengundangnya berpenghasikan unlawful. His sin for the person who invited, not to be invited.
Not to invalidate certain obligations when attending an invitation.
